I liked the fact this hotel smells very clean when you walk in the door. It smells fresh lemony and clean laundry smell, which I love. VERY clean spacious rooms.

The rooms were nice and big, without being too big. When we texted about an issue with the tv, maintenance came right up and remedied the problem.

The hotel was very accommodating to our needs. We needed an early check in for whale watching since we traveled with our Pomeranian who could not go on the boat. Our whale watching was cancelled so then we needed a later check out time as well. I appreciated all the aide given. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. The breakfast was great.

Everything was great. Loved the fact frig was a full size and not a small one. Plenty of room.

The staff was so kind! I had a surgery super early in the morning. The staff that does the breakfast was nice enough to give me some cereal, milk, and yogurt before the breakfast started. I also wanted to state that the room we had was huge for a affordable price.
